HENSOMASTIK® Kabelbandage

HENSOMASTIK® Kabelbandage is an A2 glass filament woven fabric coated on both sides with the ablative HENSOMASTIK® 5 KS Farbe fire-protection coating; it is used to clad cables and their support and holding structures, and has a fire-protection time of up to 90 minutes. HENSOMASTIK® Kabelbandage is very flexible and thus ideal for wrapping around narrow objects in both interior and exterior spaces.en.

Product characteristics of the HENSOMASTIK® 5 KS Farbe coating 

  • Contains no solvents, APEO, halogens, borates or plasticisers
  • Water-impermeable in accordance with DIN 1048
  • Oil and petrol resistant
  • Weatherproof / UV resistant in accordance with DIN 53 384
  • Ageing resistant, mechanically stable
  • Flexible when dry even when thick layers have been applied
  • Colour: white
