HENSOTHERM® Spachtel universal | Joints Concrete/Concrete

HENSOTHERM® Spachtel universal is a fire-protection joint and sealing compound (fire-protection acrylic filler) for indoor applications between solid mineral construction materials; fire resistance rate up to R 120, construction material class B1 in accordance with DIN 4102-1.

Area of application

Joint sealing compound for fire-protection joints: for sealing edge, wall and ceiling joints between solid mineral building materials e.g. cellular concrete, concrete, reinforced concrete, lime sandstone and brickwork. According to DIN EN 1366-4 in floors with a thickness of > 125 mm and walls with a thickness of > 100 mm. Joint expansion up to 12,5 %.

Product characteristics

  • Contains no halogens, APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylate), borates or plasticisers
  • Non-VOC, emission class A+
  • Can be painted when completely dry
  • Flexible to -10°C, temperature resistant up to +80 °C
  • Maintenance free
  • Colour: greyish black
