Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Rudolf Hensel GmbH
Sustainability-oriented business practices are a long-term strategic factor for Rudolf Hensel GmbH. In this context, we consider not only our own processes, but also requirements throughout the supply and value chain.
Our focus includes the responsible use of resources, the continuous development of our products and processes, and the transparent provision of product-specific environmental and emissions information.
For selected HENSOTHERM® and HENSOMASTIK® products, verified emissions data, Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), information on relevant substances and further product-specific environmental and sustainability documentation are available. The specific properties that have been tested or assessed are stated on a product-by-product basis.
Rudolf Hensel also participates in national and international standardisation activities. In doing so, we contribute our technical expertise to the further development of standards for passive fire protection and engage at an early stage with evolving technical, regulatory and societal requirements.
Rudolf Hensel GmbH is guided by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (Sustainable Development Goals = SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda as a global plan to promote sustainable peace and prosperity and to protect our planet.
