HENSOTHERM® 7 KS viskos

Fire protection compound for pipes and cables

The fire protection compound HENSOTHERM® 7 KS viskos is supplied in cartridges and used as an annular gap seal for single penetrations and small fire penetration seals for pipes, cables, cable bundles or electrical cable conduits (with and without cables) with multiple lead-throughs to restore the fire safety of wall and floor structures. HENSOTHERM® 7 KS viskos was tested in accordance with EN 1366-3 with a fire resistance class up to EI 240 (see ETA 20/1306).

Properties

  • ETA 20/1306, tested in accordance with EN 1366-3
  • Fire resistance class up to EI 240
  • Construction elements: rigid and flexible walls [thickness: ≥ 10 cm], rigid floors [thickness: ≥ 15 cm]
  • Applications: Cables, cable bundles, EIP/flexible electrical installation conduits (with and without cables, single or multiple penetrations), combustible pipes up to DN 110 mm, aluminum composite pipes, non-combustible pipes with synthetic rubber insulation
  • Suitable for indoor use, damp rooms and in open buildings without driving rain
